FREE Business Advice for NonProfits - August Dates Available

Nonprofits are welcome to take advantage of the experience and expertise of Encore Volunteer Larry Dodge, who is offering free consultation services in the areas of business and marketing.
Larry is a results-focused Business Development Professional, skilled at generating revenue for organizations. He has come to the Volunteer Center in hopes of putting his extensive consultative sales and management experience to good use - helping NonProfits achieve their mission.
"I'd like to schedule meetings on Thursdays to provide sales help for organizations. Dates can be extended based on interest--and to work with summer schedules," said Larry.
Organization representatives will schedule a basic "needs and opportunities" discussion, allowing time to share goals and to ask questions. Organizations will then schedule a follow up meeting the following Thursday for a deeper conversation, with specific suggestions considerations.
Depending on the needs of each organization, the meetings will cover such topics as:
- Revenue development/planning
- Sales team structure, goals, motivation
- Presentation materials and/or proposals
- Sales agreements
